The Atlanta National League Baseball (ANL) is a professional baseball team based in Atlanta, Georgia. The team plays in the National League East division and is a member of Major League Baseball (MLB). The team was founded in 1871 and is the oldest continuously operating professional baseball franchise in the United States. The team is also the only team to have won a World Series in three different cities: Boston (1872 and 1873), Milwaukee (1957) and Atlanta (1995).

The ANL plays its home games at SunTrust Park, located in the Cumberland area just northwest of Atlanta. The team has enjoyed a long and proud tradition of success, having appeared in the World Series a total of nine times, and winning the title in 1995. The team has also won the National League East Division title eight times and the National League Wild Card twice.

The team is managed by Brian Snitker and is currently owned by Liberty Media. The team has produced some of the best players in the history of Major League Baseball, including Hank Aaron, Chipper Jones, and Tom Glavine.

The ANL is a beloved and respected part of the Atlanta community and its fans are some of the most loyal in professional sports. The team has a strong rivalry with the New York Mets, and the two teams often compete in the annual “Subway Series”. The team also enjoys strong rivalries with the Washington Nationals and the Philadelphia Phillies. The ANL is an exciting and competitive team to watch, and its games are sure to be full of energy and excitement.

Busy Skies over Atlanta A composite of 123 twenty second exposures were taken of the central Atlanta skyline. By stacking the short exposures in StarStaX, a total exposure time of 41 minutes was achieved. The photograph was made from a balcony on the twelfth floor of the Omni Hotel. Centennial Olympic Park can be seen in front of the infamous SkyView illuminated Ferris wheel. Multiple medical helicopters can be seen landing on the roof of the Emory University hospital near the left of the photograph.
