Jarrell Plantation Historic Site is located in Juliette, Georgia and is a well-preserved example of a 19th century African American farmstead. The site consists of a plantation house, a smokehouse, a gin house, and a sharecropper's cabin, all of which are open for tours. The plantation house was built in 1853 by Allen Jarrell and is a two-story white frame house with a central hall plan and a large front porch. Inside the house, visitors can see original period furniture, tools, and artifacts that help to tell the story of the Jarrell family and their lives as slave owners.

The gin house and smokehouse are original structures that were used to store and process crops and to smoke meat. The sharecropper's cabin is a replica of the one that once stood on the property. It was built in 1970 and serves as a reminder of the lives of the sharecroppers who worked on the Jarrell Plantation.

The Jarrell Plantation Historic Site is open to the public and offers guided tours, educational programs, and special events.
