The Uncommon Friends Foundation Inc is a non-profit organization located in Fort Myers, Florida. It was founded in 1993 by a group of five individuals who shared a common goal: to preserve and promote the legacy of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's friendship and shared values of innovation, community leadership, environmental stewardship, and ethical conduct.

The Foundation's mission is to promote the values of ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, and community leadership through education and programs for students, teachers, and the general public.
