The Historical Society of United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, located in Orlando, Florida, was established in 1997 in order to preserve and promote the history and heritage of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The Society collects and preserves documents and artifacts related to the court, its judges, clerks, attorneys, and other participants. It also publishes a bi-annual newsletter, conducts oral history interviews, and organizes educational programs, lectures, and exhibits. The Society is dedicated to the preservation of the court’s history, the education of the public, and the promotion of respect for the court and its role in providing justice.

The Society is composed of a Board of Directors and members.
