The United States Central Command Memorial Foundation Inc. (USCMF) is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and is a non-profit organization that is committed to honoring the memory of those who have served or are serving in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). USCENTCOM is a joint service command of the United States Armed Forces and has forces deployed in the Middle East, Central Asia and the Horn of Africa.

The USCMF provides support to the families of fallen USCENTCOM servicemen and women, as well as to those who have been wounded in action. The organization also works to educate the public about the sacrifices of those who have served in the USCENTCOM and to ensure that the memory of these brave men and women is not forgotten.

In addition to providing support to the families of fallen servicemen and women, the USCMF also provides educational scholarships to those who have served in the USCENTCOM and their dependents, as well as those who plan to pursue a career in the military. The USCMF also works to improve the quality of life for veterans and their families, and to help them transition back into civilian life.

The USCMF also works to advance the mission of USCENTCOM by supporting research and education initiatives and by providing assistance to organizations that work to advance the goals of the USCENTCOM.
