The Historic Ybor Neighborhood Civic Association (HYNCA) is a non-profit organization based in Tampa, Florida that works to preserve the culture and history of Ybor City. Founded in 1984, HYNCA works to protect Ybor City's unique identity and advocate for the preservation of its historic buildings, monuments, and other landmarks.

The organization works to educate the public on the importance of historic preservation and to provide resources to property owners and businesses in the area. HYNCA also assists with neighborhood beautification, organizes community events, and encourages civic engagement in the Ybor area.
