The City of Avon Park Depot Museum is a small museum located in Avon Park, Florida. The museum is housed in a historic train depot that was built in 1885 by the South Florida Railroad. The depot is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the oldest standing structure in Avon Park.

The museum features artifacts and exhibits that tell the story of the area's history and culture. Visitors can learn about the city’s founding in 1884, the local citrus and phosphate industries, the Seminole Indians, and the railroad industry. The museum also has a collection of photographs and memorabilia from Avon Park’s earliest days.
