Springfield Preservation and Revitalization (SPAR) is an organization dedicated to preserving, maintaining and revitalizing the historic Springfield neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. The organization was founded in 1980, with the aim of restoring the area to its former glory and creating a safe, vibrant and thriving community.
