The Lowe Art Museum at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, is an encyclopedic art museum that houses a permanent collection of over 12,000 works of art. Founded in 1950, the museum has an impressive collection of art from around the world, including Ancient Mediterranean and Egyptian, Pre-Columbian, African, Asian, European, and American art. The museum also houses a collection of European and American prints, drawings, and photographs.

The museum is housed in a two-story, Mediterranean Revival-style building and has several galleries, including a European Art Gallery, African Art Gallery, Contemporary Art Gallery, and Pre-Columbian Art Gallery. The Lowe Art Museum also offers a variety of educational programming, such as lectures and workshops, and hosts several special exhibitions throughout the year.

The museum is open to the public and admission is free. It is located on the University of Miami’s Coral Gables campus, and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm. The museum is closed on Mondays and holidays.
