West Elfers Cemetery Preservation Association Inc. (WECPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of the historic West Elfers Cemetery in Elfers, Florida. WECPA was founded in 2005 by a small group of local citizens who were concerned about the deteriorating condition of the cemetery. The association's mission is to restore, preserve, and maintain the cemetery and its monuments, ensuring that they remain in good condition for future generations.
