The Evil Empire Speech Memorial Foundation in Washington DC is an organization dedicated to honoring the victims of the Evil Empire speech. The speech, given by President Ronald Reagan in 1983, was delivered during the height of the Cold War and declared the Soviet Union an “evil empire”. It was highly controversial at the time and has since become a symbol of the Cold War.

The Foundation works to remember the victims of the Evil Empire speech and to promote peace, tolerance, and understanding. The Foundation was founded by a group of individuals who believed that the speech was a defining moment in history. The group is committed to honoring and remembering those who were affected by the speech and its impact on the Cold War.

The Foundation's mission is to provide educational programs for students and the public about the Cold War and the legacy of the speech. The Foundation also works to promote understanding between the United States and the former Soviet Union. The Foundation has organized several conferences and events in Washington DC to promote dialogue between the two countries.

The Foundation also promotes the legacy of the Evil Empire Speech. The Foundation hosts an annual commemoration at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center to remember the victims of the speech. The Foundation also awards scholarships to students to study the Cold War and promote peace and understanding between the former Cold War adversaries.
