The National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare (NCPSSM) is an independent, non-partisan organization based in Washington, DC that advocates for the preservation and strengthening of Social Security and Medicare benefits. Founded in 1982, NCPSSM is the only national organization dedicated solely to protecting and preserving these essential programs. The organization works with Congress, the White House, and other federal agencies to ensure that Social Security and Medicare remain strong and viable.
