Tudor Place is a historic house and museum located in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. It was originally constructed in 1816 by Martha Parke Custis Peter, a granddaughter of Martha Washington. The house is a fine example of Federal-style architecture, with a brick exterior and a white-columned porch.

The house is set on five acres of landscaped grounds and gardens, which feature a variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers. The gardens are open to the public for free. Inside the house, visitors can explore the various period rooms, which feature furniture, artwork, and objects from the early 19th century. On the second floor, visitors can view the bedroom of Martha Custis Peter, as well as the parlor of her daughter, who inherited the house.

Tudor Place also houses an extensive collection of artifacts, including portraits, books, and documents associated with the Washington and Peter families. The museum offers a variety of programs, including guided tours, educational programs, and lectures. It also hosts special events throughout the year, such as garden parties and holiday celebrations.
