The Historic New Castle Alliance, Inc. (HNCA) is a non-profit organization formed to promote the history, culture and economic development of New Castle, Delaware. The organization was established in 1990 and is governed by a volunteer board of directors. HNCA works to encourage the preservation and interpretation of historic sites and buildings in the town, and to promote New Castle as a tourist destination.
The organization offers a variety of activities and events that help to educate the public on the rich history of New Castle. These include educational lectures, walking tours, cemetery tours, house tours and a variety of other programs. HNCA also provides support for a wide range of projects in the community, including the preservation and restoration of historic buildings, museums and gardens.
