Northwest Community Collaborative Inc (NWCC) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization located in Litchfield, Connecticut. Founded in 2001, NWCC seeks to foster and promote positive change in the communities of Litchfield County. NWCC’s mission is to improve the quality of life, health and well-being of the individuals and families within the region by providing educational, social, and economic opportunities.
