The property consists of seven acres of land, and includes the main house, a barn, a smoke house, a corn crib, and a root cellar.

The main house is a two-story, center-chimney, Federal-style house. It is built of brick-veneer construction, with a wood frame interior and has a medium-pitch gable roof. The interior features original wide-plank flooring and a central staircase.

The barn is a two-story, wood-frame structure with a gambrel roof. The exterior features board-and-batten siding and a hayloft. The smoke house is a one-story, wood-frame structure with a gable roof. It is clad in board-and-batten siding.

The corn crib is a one-story, wood-frame structure with a gable roof. It is clad in board-and-batten siding and features a shed-roofed extension. The root cellar is located beneath the corn crib and is accessible from the outside.
