The Fairbanks Native Association (FNA) is an Alaska Native non-profit located in Fairbanks, AK. Established in 1972, FNA’s mission is to empower and enhance the quality of life for Alaska Native people and their families within the Interior Region. It’s main focus is to provide a wide range of services including health, education, advocacy, and cultural programs that meet the unique needs of the Native community.

FNA strives to provide services in a culturally appropriate manner, with the goal of promoting self-sufficiency and respect for the Native heritage and culture. FNA’s health program focuses on providing access to quality, affordable health care and services, while the education program promotes educational opportunities and activities to help Native students succeed in school. The advocacy program works to ensure Native rights are respected and that the government honors its obligations to the Native people in the region.

The cultural program is focused on preserving and promoting Native traditions and culture through language, art, and traditional activities. In addition, FNA provides social services to help individuals and families in need, such as a food pantry, holiday assistance, and more.

FNA is dedicated to creating a brighter future for the Native community in Fairbanks, and is committed to providing support and services to those in need.
