The Charter Oak Temple Restoration Association, Inc. (COTRA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Hartford, Connecticut. Founded in 1970, COTRA's mission is to restore, preserve, and protect the historic Charter Oak Temple and its grounds. The Charter Oak Temple, built in 1841, is a historic Greek Revival structure and the last remaining building from the old Connecticut State Capitol.

COTRA works to preserve the architectural and cultural history of the temple and its grounds. The organization hosts public events on the grounds and provides educational programs to the public. COTRA also works to maintain the building and grounds and to restore the temple to its original grandeur.
