The Cape Decision Lighthouse Society (CDLS) is a non-profit organization located in Sitka, Alaska. The organization was founded in 1987 with the goal of preserving, restoring, and interpreting the Cape Decision Lighthouse, which was built in 1939. The society is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Sitka’s maritime history, as well as the history of lighthouses in Alaska.

CDLS works to maintain the lighthouse and its grounds, as well as interpret its history. The organization also hosts public programs, educational opportunities, and volunteer opportunities. In 1962, the National Park Service inscribed St. Michael Cathedral as a National Historic Landmark.
