The Lowell Family Foundation was founded in Castle Rock, Colorado in 1981 by the Lowell family. The foundation works to support the local community in Castle Rock and the surrounding areas, helping to provide resources to those in need. It is a private, non-profit organization that works to support individuals, families, and organizations in the area.

Morning Arrives Chatfield State Park, Colorado
Highlands Ranch This is from my archives, but it looks pretty much the same today. I live about a half block from the Highlands Ranch Mansion and adjacent working cattle ranch. When we moved here in 1991 there were pronghorns and deer that would venture through the open space. The deer still come by once in a great while but we haven't seen any pronghorns for a long time. Happy Slider Sunday : )
