The United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) is the national governing body for figure skating in the United States. It is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was founded in 1921. USFSA is a member of the International Skating Union (ISU), the international governing body for the sport of figure skating, and is responsible for the selection of teams for international competitions, such as the World Figure Skating Championships, the Olympics, and the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships.

USFSA is divided into three divisions: the Adult Skating Division, the Competitive Skating Division, and the Recreational Skating Division. The Adult Skating Division is responsible for overseeing all adult figure skating events in the United States, including adult competitions, adult test sessions, and adult seminars. The Competitive Skating Division is responsible for selecting, training and sending U.S. teams to international competitions. The Recreational Skating Division is responsible for all recreational figure skating activities, including recreational competitions and recreational test sessions.

USFSA also offers a variety of educational opportunities, such as seminars, camps, and symposiums. These educational opportunities provide figure skaters with the opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and skaters in the world. USFSA also works closely with the US Olympic Committee and the International Skating Union, to promote the growth and development of figure skating in the United States.

USFSA is dedicated to the advancement of skating in the United States, and strives to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. USFSA is committed to the growth of the sport, as well as the health and safety of all participants.
