The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe-City of Vista in the City of Vista, California is a historic site that has been around since the mid-19th century. It was originally part of the Rancho Buena Vista Mexican land grant, and was the home of the Buena Vista Adobe. The adobe was built in 1858 by Don Juan Maria Osuna, one of the first settlers in the area, and it served as the center of his large cattle ranch. The adobe is the only remaining structure of the original ranch.

The adobe is a one-story building constructed mainly of adobe bricks and mortar. It features a central courtyard, with a second-story veranda overlooking the courtyard. The building is surrounded by a wall that was built to protect the adobe from Indian raids. Inside the adobe, there are a number of rooms, including a kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and a parlor.

The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe-City of Vista is now a designated historic site. The adobe is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is also part of the California Register of Historic Resources.
