The Beverly Hills Historical Society is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1977 with the purpose of preserving and promoting the rich history of Beverly Hills in the state of California. This society is dedicated to preserving and protecting the city’s architectural and cultural heritage, and educating the public about the early days of Beverly Hills.

The organization works in collaboration with the City of Beverly Hills, its historical commission, and local organizations to preserve the city’s architectural and historical resources. Additionally, the Beverly Hills Historical Society works to raise awareness of the city’s past by presenting educational programs, films, lectures and tours of significant sites.

The society’s activities are supported by donations, memberships, and grants, and it also works in partnership with local business owners and developers to help protect the city’s historic resources. Members of the society receive discounts on activities and events, and are able to participate in the organization’s activities such as its monthly lectures, tours, and preservation projects.

The Beverly Hills Historical Society also works to educate the public about the city’s history by providing educational materials, research resources, and public programs. Additionally, the society works to promote the city’s history by organizing lectures, tours, and other activities. The society also works to preserve the city’s historic buildings and sites by conducting research, providing preservation advice, and helping to facilitate the restoration of buildings.

One of the world's best-known hotels, it is closely associated with Hollywood film stars, rock stars, and celebrities. The hotel has 210 guest rooms and suites and 23 bungalows and the exterior bears the hotel's signature pink and green colors. The Beverly Hills Hotel was established in May 1912, before the city itself was incorporated. The original owners were Margaret J. Anderson, a wealthy widow, and her son, Stanley S.
