Historic Argyle Inc is a non-profit organization in Argyle, Wisconsin that is dedicated to preserving the rich history of the town and its surrounding areas. The organization was founded in 1988 and has since been actively involved in various preservation and restoration projects, as well as educational programs and events.

One of the main goals of Historic Argyle Inc is to preserve and promote the unique architectural heritage of the town. The organization has been involved in the restoration of several historic buildings in Argyle, including the 1914 Argyle Opera House, which now serves as a community center and event space.

In addition to its preservation efforts, Historic Argyle Inc also hosts a variety of educational programs and events throughout the year. These include walking tours of the town, historical lectures, and workshops on traditional crafts and skills.

The organization is run by a board of directors and relies on the support of volunteers and donations from the community. Its mission is to ensure that the history and culture of Argyle and its surrounding areas are preserved for future generations to enjoy and learn from.

BARD Materials, Monroe, Wisconsin BARD Materials, a ready-mix concrete supplier in Monroe, Wisconsin. BARD has a railroad siding and receives rail service from Wisconsin & Southern Railroad (WSOR). On this day, hopper WSOR 8009 and at least one other open hopper were on the siding.
