The Cambria Friesland Historical Society (CFHS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Cambria, Wisconsin. The organization was founded in 1975 and is the oldest historical society in Columbia County. The CFHS works to bring the community's past to life through exhibits, research, and educational activities.

The CFHS is located in the historic Cambria Town Hall. The building was built in 1874 and includes a museum, archives, and library. The museum houses a variety of artifacts relating to the history of Cambria, including photographs, documents, and other objects.
