Bush House is a historical landmark located in Bakersfield, California. It was built in 1889 by Colonel Thomas Baker and is one of the oldest surviving structures in the city. It is a two-story, Queen Anne-style residence featuring a steeply gabled roof and irregularly shaped windows. The house is made of brick and has a wrap-around porch and a large veranda. The exterior has been restored to its original design.

Inside, the house is filled with period antiques and artwork. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all decorated in the Victorian style. The walls are painted in muted shades of grey, green, and pink. The furniture is made of mahogany and walnut and is upholstered with velvet and brocade fabrics. The original hardwood floors have been refinished and a grand staircase leads to the second floor.

The Bush House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a popular tourist attraction. It is open for tours and special events, including weddings, family reunions, and business meetings. The surrounding gardens, which include a gazebo, are open to the public.
