Charles Allis and Villa Terrace Museums are two museum complexes located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Charles Allis Art Museum is housed in the former home of Charles and Sarah Allis, which was designed in the Tudor Revival style by architect Alexander Eschweiler and completed in 1911. The museum’s permanent collection includes works of art from the 19th and 20th centuries, including paintings, sculptures, prints, and photographs. It also showcases several pieces from the Allis family’s personal collection.

The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum is housed in the former home of Lloyd and Agnes Smith, which was designed in the Italian Renaissance style by architect David Adler and completed in 1923. The museum’s permanent collection includes decorative arts from the 15th through 19th centuries, including furniture, ceramics, glassware, and metalwork, as well as paintings and sculptures.

The two museums offer a variety of educational programs and events such as lectures, concerts, and art classes. Additionally, they host a variety of special exhibitions throughout the year. Both museums are open to the public and admission is free.
