Greenbrier Street and Kanawha Boulevard, Charleston, WV Built in 1920, this Dutch Colonial Revival-style house features a wooden clapboard-clad exterior, a red brick base, a gambrel roof, a front gable, shed dormers, six-over-six double-hung windows, a corner porch with doric columns and french doors, a front portico with rectilinear columns and a hipped roof, and red brick chimneys.  The building is a contributing structure in the East End Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and expanded to its present size in 2014.

The Scottish Rite of Charleston WV Historic Temple Preservation is a historic building located in Charleston, West Virginia. This building was constructed in 1925 and was designed by the renowned architect William Lee Stoddart. The temple was built by the Charleston Scottish Rite Masonic organization, which is a branch of the Freemasons.

The temple is a three-story brick structure that features a beaux-arts style of architecture. The building has a grand entrance with an impressive portico supported by six Corinthian columns. The interior of the temple is equally impressive, featuring a spacious auditorium with a stage, ornate decorative plasterwork, and beautiful stained glass windows.

Over the years, the temple has served as a meeting place for the Charleston Scottish Rite Masonic organization, as well as a venue for social events and cultural activities. In recent times, the building has been used for a variety of events, including weddings, concerts, and art exhibitions.

Today, the Scottish Rite of Charleston WV Historic Temple Preservation is recognized as an important cultural landmark in Charleston. The building has been carefully preserved and restored over the years, and continues to serve as a gathering place for the community.
