The Manassas Museum System is a collection of museums located in Manassas, Virginia. The system consists of three different museums, each showcasing a unique aspect of the city's history. The Manassas Museum, located in the heart of historic downtown, focuses on the city's Civil War history and the role it played in the conflict. The museum features exhibits on the First and Second Battle of Bull Run, as well as artifacts and displays detailing life during the war.

The Manassas Museum System also includes the Liberia Plantation, a restored 1825 historic home that tells the story of the enslaved people who lived and worked on the plantation. Visitors can tour the home, as well as the surrounding gardens and outbuildings, and learn about the daily life of those who lived and worked on the plantation.

The third museum in the system is the Manassas Industrial School/Jennie Dean Memorial, which tells the story of the African American community in Manassas and the role of education in building a better future. The museum features exhibits on the history of the Manassas Industrial School, which was established in the early 20th century to provide vocational training for African American students, as well as the life and legacy of Jennie Dean, a prominent educator and philanthropist.
