The HBAV Historic Preservation and Restoration Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Richmond, Virginia. Its mission is to preserve and restore historic buildings and architectural landmarks in the state of Virginia. The foundation was founded in 1990 by members of the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) with a goal to promote the preservation of Virginia's historic buildings and sites.
