The Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Falls Church, Virginia. It was established in 1997 to preserve and celebrate the legacy of the first rural branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), which was founded in Tinner Hill, Virginia in 1915.

The foundation is dedicated to educating the public about the history and accomplishments of African Americans in the region and promoting cultural diversity and understanding. It operates the Tinner Hill Historic Site, which includes a park, a gazebo, and a sculpture garden commemorating the civil rights pioneers who fought for racial justice and equality.

The Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation organizes a variety of events and programs throughout the year, including the Tinner Hill Blues Festival, which celebrates the rich musical traditions of African Americans in the area. It also offers educational workshops, lectures, and tours, and collaborates with local schools, museums, and community groups to promote awareness and appreciation of African American culture and history.

The Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation is committed to preserving and promoting the legacy of the Tinner Hill community and its contributions to the civil rights movement, and to creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
