Moore's Creek railroad bridge at the Charlottesville Woolen Mills Originally part of the Virginia Central Railroad. The stone bridge piers date to 1865 (per the DHR), and the 200-foot-long iron bridge is believed to be from the mid 1880s. The bridge later became a part of the C&amp;O Railway (later CSX), and today, is part of the Buckingham Branch Railroad, and also sees traffic from CSX and Amtrak trains.
