Moulton Park in Jefferson County, West Virginia Moulton Park, top center, is seen on the bank of the Shenandoah River in Jefferson County, W.Va. on Sept. 4, 2023. The park was expanded in 2023, conserving 82 acres that were sold by the Moulton family below market value.
