Daughters of Utah Pioneers (DUP) is a non-profit organization located in St. George, Utah, dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the pioneers who settled in Utah. Founded in 1901, the organization has over 100,000 members across the United States and Canada.

The St. George chapter of DUP is located in a historic building on Main Street, which was originally built as a school in 1897. The building has been restored and now serves as a museum, library, and meeting place for the organization.
