Movable Book Society Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Its mission is to promote the art and appreciation of movable books, also known as pop-up books, pop-up cards, and non-pop-up books with movable parts. It was founded in 2000 by a group of book and paper engineers who wanted to bring together their passion for movable books and share it with the public.

As a member of the Movable Book Society, you can connect with fellow movable book enthusiasts, learn about the history and art of movable books, and be part of a supportive and creative community. The Society offers an array of activities for its members, including an annual conference, online workshops, a multimedia library, and much more.

The Movable Book Society also produces a quarterly magazine, The Movable Book Society Newsletter, which is filled with information about the latest movable book releases, interviews with movable book artists, and previews of upcoming events. Additionally, the Society sponsors various awards, including the Movable Book Society Award, which is awarded to an individual or organization in recognition of an outstanding work of movable book art.
