The Capital City Preservation Trust (CCPT) is a non-profit organization founded in 1981 to preserve and protect the historic buildings, sites, and landscapes of the City of Sacramento, California. CCPT works to promote the preservation of historic resources in order to enhance the quality of life for Sacramento residents and visitors. CCPT works with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private individuals and organizations, to ensure that preservation efforts are successful. CCPT also works to ensure that projects are implemented in an environmentally responsible manner.

CCPT is dedicated to the preservation of historic buildings, sites, and landscapes in the City of Sacramento. The organization is committed to preserving these resources for the benefit of the community, while encouraging the incorporation of appropriate new development.
