Marshall Depot is a historic train station located in Marshall, Texas. It was built in 1912 and served as a major transportation hub for the city until the 1950s. The station was designed in the Beaux-Arts architectural style and features a grand entrance with columns, a large clock tower, and a spacious waiting room.

The Marshall Depot operated as a passenger station until 1954 when the last passenger train departed. Following this, the building was used as a freight depot and warehouse until it was eventually abandoned in the 1980s.

In 2000, the Marshall Depot was restored and reopened as a visitor center and museum. The building now houses exhibits on the history of the depot and the role it played in the development of Marshall and the surrounding area. Visitors can also take a self-guided tour of the depot and explore the restored waiting room, ticket office, and baggage room.

Today, the Marshall Depot serves as a cultural and community center, hosting events such as art exhibitions, concerts, and weddings. It is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering a glimpse into the rich history of the railroad and the city of Marshall.
