The Eddleman-McFarland House, located in Fort Worth, Texas, is a historic mansion that was built in 1899. Originally known as the “Electricity House”, it was built by cattle baron and businessman, Albert Eddleman, and was one of the first homes in Fort Worth to have electricity. The mansion was sold to oil tycoon, W.T. Waggoner, in 1927, and later purchased by the McFarland family in 1977.

The Eddleman-McFarland House is a two-story, red brick mansion that boasts a beautiful wrap-around porch and a distinctive turret. The interior of the mansion features original woodwork, stained glass windows, and a large fireplace in the parlor. The mansion has been meticulously restored and furnished with period pieces, providing visitors with a glimpse of life in early 20th-century Texas.

The mansion is now open to the public for tours and events, and is a popular venue for weddings and other special occasions. The Eddleman-McFarland House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a designated Fort Worth Landmark.
