Friends of the Levitt Pavilion Memphis Incorporated (FOLPMI) is a nonprofit organization located in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to providing free music entertainment to the public. The organization was established in 2019 and is committed to supporting the Levitt Pavilion Memphis, a new outdoor concert venue in the heart of Midtown Memphis, located in the historic Memphis Fairgrounds.
FOLPMI’s mission is to provide free, professional and culturally diverse music to the community, while also serving as a catalyst for the growth of Memphis’ vibrant music scene. The organization partners with local, regional, and national artists to produce and promote concerts and events at the Pavilion throughout the year. FOLPMI also provides educational programming for children and adults, such as music lessons and workshops, as well as community initiatives such as the Levitt AMP Memphis Music Series.
FOLPMI is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers, staff, and board members who are passionate about bringing music to the community. The organization is also supported by generous donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations in the Memphis area. With the help of these supporters, FOLPMI is able to continue to provide free, high-quality music entertainment to all.
