Mid-South Live Steamers Incorporated (MSLSI) is a non-profit organization located in Franklin, Tennessee. Founded in 2004, MSLSI is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the hobby of live steam railroading. The organization is made up of volunteer members who share a common passion and interest in model trains and railroading.

The club's main focus is on the operation of live steam and electric model trains on a 1.5 mile track within a 30 acre park. The track is equipped with over 8,000 feet of track, a 30 foot bridge, a tunnel, and a station. In addition to operating the trains, MSLSI also holds regular meetings, workshops, and special events.

MSLSI is a member of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA) and the Live Steamers of North America (LSNA). The club is open to both members and visitors and regularly welcomes visitors from around the world. In addition to its members, MSLSI is also supported by numerous sponsors and donors.

MSLSI strives to promote the hobby of live steam railroading and to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for its members and visitors. The organization is committed to preserving the history and heritage of live steam railroading and is dedicated to educating the public about the hobby.
