The Memphis Belle Memorial Association (MBMA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of the legendary World War II B-17 bomber, Memphis Belle. The bomber, which became the first United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) heavy bomber to complete twenty-five combat missions over Europe and return home to the United States, was flown by the crew of the 324th Bomb Squadron, 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The MBMA was founded in 1988 by the original crew members of the Memphis Belle, with the purpose of preserving the bomber’s legacy and stimulating interest in aviation.

The MBMA is located in Memphis, Tennessee and operates the Memphis Belle Memorial Exhibit Hall at the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Florida. The exhibit hall houses a replica of the Memphis Belle, as well as original artifacts from the historic bomber and the crew of the 324th Bomb Squadron. In addition to the exhibit hall, the MBMA also operates a museum in Memphis, Tennessee, which houses a collection of artifacts, including the original crew uniforms, memorabilia, and photographs.

The MBMA also works to promote the preservation of aviation history through educational programs and public lectures. The organization organizes an annual event, the Memphis Belle Memorial Fly-In, which takes place in Memphis and features B-17 bombers and other aircraft from World War II. Additionally, the MBMA supports a scholarship program that provides financial aid to students interested in pursuing a career in aviation.
