Athenaeum Rectory is a historic building located in Columbia, Tennessee. Built in 1837, the rectory served as the residence of the president of the Athenaeum, a prestigious college that was founded in 1852. The rectory is a two-story Greek Revival style building that features a symmetrical façade with a central entrance flanked by four columns. The building is constructed of brick and features a hipped roof with a central cupola.

The interior of the rectory features high ceilings, original woodwork, and spacious rooms. The first floor includes a large foyer, a formal parlor, a library, and a dining room. The second floor features four bedrooms and a large central hall. The rectory also features a full basement and a two-story rear wing that was added in the 1880s.

Today, Athenaeum Rectory is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is owned by the City of Columbia. The building has been restored and is used as a venue for weddings, events, and community gatherings. Athenaeum Rectory is a significant example of Greek Revival architecture in Tennessee and is an important part of the state's educational and cultural history.
