Old Carpenter Ford Bridge (Maury County, Tennessee) Carpenter Ford Bridge over the Duck River in Maury County, Tennessee. The bridge is a 200 ft. pin-connected Camelback through truss. It was built in 1904 by W. T. Young. The historic bridge was closed to traffic in 1962, the deck was removed and it was left in place as a historic ruin. The Carpenter Ford Bridge history is described in the 2008 TDOT publication "Tennessee’s SURVEY REPORT for Historic Highway Bridges".
