SRS Heritage Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Aiken, South Carolina. Founded in 2011 by a group of local citizens, the foundation is committed to preserving the history and culture of the Savannah River Site (SRS) and its surrounding communities. The SRS, located on the South Carolina-Georgia border, is a former nuclear weapons production facility that has been in operation since 1950.

The foundation’s mission is to bring together individuals from the SRS area and beyond to share knowledge, create understanding, and foster a sense of community. Through educational programs, events, and exhibits, the foundation seeks to promote the history, culture, and heritage of the SRS and its neighboring communities.

The organization works with local schools and organizations to provide educational materials, presentations, and programs on the SRS and its history.
