The Edmondston-Alston House is a historic mansion located in Charleston, South Carolina. Built in 1825, the house was originally owned by Charles Edmondston, a wealthy merchant from Scotland. It was later purchased by Charles Alston, a wealthy rice planter and politician. The house is now owned by the Middleton Place Foundation and is open to the public for tours.

The Edmondston-Alston House is a fine example of Charleston's Federal-style architecture. The three-story brick mansion features a symmetrical façade with a central entrance flanked by two-story columns. The interior is decorated with ornate plasterwork and features period furnishings and artwork.
