The Watch Hill Improvement Society (WHIS) is a non-profit organization located in Westerly, Rhode Island. Founded in 1906, WHIS is dedicated to improving and preserving the natural beauty and historic character of Watch Hill, which is a popular beach community located on the coast of Rhode Island.
