Linden Place is a historic mansion located in Bristol, Rhode Island. The mansion was built in 1810 by slave trader and shipping magnate George DeWolf and remained in the DeWolf family until the mid-20th century. The mansion is a fine example of Federal-style architecture and features a three-story central block with two-story wings on either side.

The interior of Linden Place is furnished with a collection of antiques and art that belonged to the DeWolf family, including portraits, furniture, and decorative arts. The mansion also features a grand ballroom, a formal dining room, a library, and a drawing-room.

Linden Place is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens that include a formal garden, a rose garden, and a carriage house. The carriage house now serves as a museum and visitor center, with exhibits that tell the story of the DeWolf family and their role in the slave trade.

Today, Linden Place is open to the public and hosts a variety of events and programs throughout the year, including tours, concerts, and art exhibits. The mansion is a popular venue for weddings and other special events, with its elegant interiors and stunning gardens providing a picturesque backdrop.
