The Royal Arts Foundation (RAF) is a non-profit organization located in Newport, RI dedicated to advancing the arts and culture in the local community. Established in 2013, RAF’s mission is to foster creativity, enrich lives, and strengthen the local economy through the promotion and support of the visual, performing and literary arts.

The organization serves a wide range of audiences, including children, teens, adults, and seniors, as well as members of the local business community and visitors to Newport. RAF provides a variety of programs and services, including art exhibitions and performances, educational programs, and workshops. It also offers grants and scholarships to support emerging local artists and organizations.

In addition to its educational and cultural programming, RAF also serves as a venue for community events, such as lectures and presentations, as well as private parties and receptions. It hosts a variety of fundraisers throughout the year, including an annual gala and silent auction.

RAF is committed to creating a vibrant and engaged arts community in Newport and throughout the region. It is a member of the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts and the Newport Community Arts Initiative, and actively works to connect local artists and organizations with resources and opportunities.
