The Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization established to honor and remember the law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. The mission of the foundation is to provide recognition to all fallen officers, support and assistance to their families, and a lasting tribute to their service and sacrifice. Established in 1998, the foundation works to ensure that each fallen officer is given the highest honor and respect, and that their families are provided with the financial and emotional support they need.

The foundation's main efforts are focused on the annual Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony which is held each year in May in Harrisburg. During this ceremony, hundreds of law enforcement personnel from across the state gather to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. During this ceremony, the names of the fallen officers are read, and a wreath is placed at the memorial for each of them. Additionally, the foundation also provides scholarships to immediate family members of fallen officers and assists families with financial needs.

The Pennsylvania Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation also provides educational programs to teach the public about the importance of law enforcement and the sacrifices officers make every day. Through these programs, the foundation works to promote greater understanding and appreciation of law enforcement officers and the work they do to protect the public. The foundation also works to ensure that the memory and legacy of the fallen officers are never forgotten.
