The Avenue of 444 Flags Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The flags are arranged in alphabetical order by last name and are displayed on 10-foot poles with a plaque bearing the name, rank, and branch of service of the fallen hero.

In addition to the Avenue of 444 Flags, the foundation also operates a museum and education center that pays tribute to the nation's military history. The museum features exhibits and artifacts from every branch of the military, including uniforms, weapons, and equipment from various wars and conflicts.
